We're excited to provide you with exceptional nails service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. We kindly ask you to take note of our salon policy.
Salon Policies:
Please arrive on time or 10 min before your scheduled appointment to avoid any delays. Appointments are booked back-to-back in a time sensitive manner. Therefore, late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in rescheduling or adjusting the service. If it's your first time coming, please make yourself familiar with the area well before your appointment. No show to your appointment is unacceptable and will still be charged.
A card is required to be on file in order to book your appointment.
If you can not make your appointment, unfortunately, offering your spot to a friend/ family member is prohibited.
If your appointment is canceled in less than 48 hours, you will be charged 25% of your service
Appointments canceled 24 hours, and you will be charged 50% of your service. Canceled or rescheduled the same day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service.
We do not work over other technicians' work from other places, so it will be removed and charged $20 removal fee.
Lost items are not our responsibility. Please watch your children not to touch products or climb furniture. Pets are to stay next to you not to walk around the salon.
Please schedule your appointments by according. What type of services you're getting whether it is going to be removed. Or you're going to get art. Please let us know in advance.
Sick policies:
As we approach cold /flu/ COVID season, please reschedule if you are feeling sick.
If you show up coughing, sniffling clearly ill. I will have to send you home and charge 100% base price.
This should go without saying, but if you or anyone in your household is sick, please reschedule. I'm not charging any cancelation fees due to sickness at this time. COVID or not, if you are sick, I don't want it. The salon is my home, and I need to protect my family and my income. I also want to ensure I am not passing anything onto you. Because your safety and well-being are the most important to me. Thank you for understanding.
I am within my rights to refuse any service I deem unfit to provide.
We recommend booking an advance as bookings do fill up quickly.
Appointments:
We recommend booking an advance as bookings do get filled quickly. If we don't have time or availability, we do have a waiting list. Give us your full name and phone number, and we will call you when we have a cancelation.
Nail condition:
If you are injured or in pain, a soak off is required, and the appointment will be postponed if there is one scheduled. If we see that you have an infection or a fungus from another salon, We will ask you to visit a doctor.
Payments:
We accept cash, credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bank cards, and electronic payments.
Gratuities are appreciated.
Medical conditions:
Inform your technician about allergies or any medical conditions for a safe experience.
Arrival time:
Upon arrival, please have a seat in the seating area. If you are 15 minutes late or more, We would need to reschedule.
And a service fee will be applied.
Cell phones:
Please minimize cell phone usage during your appointment visit

Free fix:

Let's fix it for you for free. Free fix is valid for 7 whole days from your appointment on gel / hard gel / apres gel x / & dip product services.
Free fix is not valid on regular manicures or regular pedicures.
